Bachelor Party Question
Just wondering if any of you know what he's doing for his party and if so are you nervous/upset about it? I totally trust my FH but not his friends and now I am getting nervous. I know it sounds stupid adn I never thought it would be an issue, but now that it's here, it's totally different. Any feedback is appreciated!

Re: Bachelor Party Question
Well.. MIne is just going out for dinner and drinks and my brothers will be there so I'm not so worried.Go out that night with YOUR friends, keep yourself busy and know that it has become a ritual and every bride has to deal with it and everyone gets through it.
If you trust him ( which you obviously do to be marrying him) then let that be all you need to know.
I think we make a bigger deal out of them than they even do.. hehe
Dont even give it a second thought anymore.. no need to worry yourself about absolutly nothing..

Re: Bachelor Party Question
I just went through this last weekend! I know exactly how you feel. I trust my FH but you never know what his friend's plans for him are. Looking back on it I can tell you that it isn't as bad as you think it will be. Before you know it, it will be over. My FH went away for the weekend~ which I thought was excessive. Why couldn't they just get it over with in 1 night? My expierence was particulary horrible because while my FH was at his BP, our new house flooded and I was left to discover this by myself and to clean it up. I had no idea where the main water valve was and had to interrupt his BP to talk to him. Water was everywhere! Thank God that my MOH lives so close to me and rushed right over to help clean up the mess. Now it's just a funny story. It's over and like I mentioned before, wasn't as big a deal as you think.
best of luck!
Kelly

Re: Bachelor Party Question
his BP is next weekend and I am so not happy about it. he is a volunteer fireman, and these guys go crazy at BP's I am friends with many of them and have heard many stories. Also, he is not a good drunk, he gets sick and it's not fun. There will definitley be strippers. I am hoping that night goes by fast. I am planning on sleeping out somewhere, his mom will be staying with us, she can take care of him when he stumbles home!

Re: Bachelor Party Question
FH is going to Vegas for 4 days with 5 guys from here and 10 guys from the UK.My older brother is a strip club fanatic, lives in Vegas and has been instructed by me to show everyone a good time, make sure they spend lots of money and then to send him home in one piece.
I'm not in the least bit bothered. I have quite a few friends that are dancers and I know the whole scene inside and out. Plus I know he and his friends will only go to the one's that are considered 'upscale'. I've been to a few of what are considered Gentlemen's' Clubs' here NYC and I know which club he's going to in Vegas. I've been there as well, so I know it's not the hole in the wall sleaze joint that some places are.
(Plus crazy as my brother is, he would never let anything get out of hand ;) )
I've told FH that I plan on spending the same amount of money that he does, dollar for dollar whether it be on spa days or shopping or just going out to dinner with the girls for the duration of his absence. He sees that as a fair compromise and we're both happy.

Re: Bachelor Party Question
I don't really care for the idea of a Bachelor party, especially since I'm sure there will be strippers, but I trust my FH, and know he knows how to behave. I am not worried at all. It's just part of the fun

Re: Susans..
You and I think exactly alike.. There's no reason for me to be worried.. I trust him, if i didn't, we wouldn't be getting married.. Fh's bp will be in vegas as well, and I'm sure he will be trashed and not sleep a wink the entire time..
My BP is in SoBe.. 4th of July weekend, so you better believe that I'm going to be living it up!

Re: Susans..
Both mine and his were this past wkend. I was freaking a little while he was at his on Friday(mine was Sat.) I think our minds can take over and make us temporarily nuts! I trust my FH, I just do not like the idea of some sleezy who***e all over him!!! I don't like the idea of them touching him or vice versa! There were strippers at his and he says it wasn't that great....yeah right!! I had a great time at mine and we too, went to a male strip club and had a BLAST!!! We didn't do anything wrong, we just laughed so much it was incredible!! Some girls went a little crazy, but what the hell....if they were having fun, why shouldn't we??!!I'm glad we had such a great time b/c it made me forget about his!!(We went other places as well, not just a strip club...we're not that obsessed!!)
