Ok...so it hit me and I am soo excited!!

Tomorrow FH comes home....but the best part is we get to finally search for RH and Video/Photo and DJ/Band!!!

I am sooo happy because hopefully within the next week or two (hopefully couple days but I wont push it) we will have booked our RH and Church and finally know EXACTLY WHEN our wedding is and WHERE it is!!!!!!


I am sooo excited!!!

So here are the halls we are going to check out:

Vineyard Caterers
East Wind
Majestic Gardens
Hamlet Willow Creek
Tall Grass C.C.
Timber Point
The Woodlands (just for fun prob too expensive but I LOVE it and would LOVE to have my wedding there)

Jericho Terrace
Larkfield Manor
The Watermill

oo that does sound nice. and it is only one wedding at a time right. we prefer halls with one wedding at a time but we are checking different halls out just to see

but we are hoping not to go over like 110$ pp for a sat night in late sept. or like the first weekend in oct.

idk if it is doable. but we compromised and sat a fri night would be nice as well....

Have fun! Have you considered looking at Giorgios while you are out east near Eastwinds. Giorgios caters one wedding at a time, and you get the most AMAZING cocktail hour and your guests also get seconds of the entress....It is family owned so giorge and his family are always soooo friendly!

haha that is what day #1 (saturday) is for....just hang out the 2 of us relaxing.

And then from then on in it is planning time! I don't need no sentimental time to just stare anymore after that we have a wedding to plan!!

nah but he even said he wants to get the hall booked as soon as possible and check out like 4 halls a day!! MAN he is good with this planning stuff haha

IT DOES ONLY 2 WEDDINGS AT A TIME BUT THEY MUST START ATLEAST AN HOUR APART AND ARE ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE HALL SO THAT THERE ARE NO 'RUN INS'

aww thanks! I know I am excited...the month of June is going to be busy....

we have his cousins wedding, our e-party, he takes the police exam, friends e-party, i am taking him to AC for his bday for 2 days and we have to book a wedding (well hall, church, photo/video and register) thats all he cares to take part in haha

ooo thank you. I will definitely check it out now. I thought it was in Nassau and I know I am checking places out in Nassau

but i really dont want to book there because of their cancellation policy. Since FH is going to Japan and deployed to Iraq for a few months if they need him to extend his duty he might have to

but he is supposed to come home July of 2008 and we are getting married either end of Sept 2008 or beginning of OCt 2008

Never know if we might need to change our date in the future cause of the Marine Corps!

yah it is funny he really is excited!!! and all his friends in San Diego make fun of him cause he talks about planning and spending over $10,000 on a wedding (for military people) is ALOT haha and when FH mentioned $40-50,000 they flipped

we have his cousins wedding, our e-party, he takes the police exam, friends e-party, i am taking him to AC for his bday for 2 days and we have to book a wedding (well hall, church, photo/video and register) thats all he cares to take part in haha

haha good compromise! and to your FH on his safe return I must say 'OohRah!' or however you spell it lol, my best friend was in the marine corp., god rest his soul, and I have nothing but respect for them, best group of guys!

dont know about tonight, but its my parents turn to have his parents over for dinner so were doing that tomorrow but i wanna go out somewhere after, its sat and MDW i wanna party lol...sunday going out to LI at a friends bbq. Nothing big just basically food, drinks and relaxing lol
