how many slippers did you buy and were there any left over? did you feel you had enough or needed more? thanks

BUMP this post, because I am curious too  I keep thinking that for my wedding I am expecting about 210 people give or take a few, so I thought 75 Slippers ranging from size 8 - 10 would be good, but I would love feed back from those brides who have done this already. I had just a hair under 100 guests - about 45 were women. I ordered 3 dozen slippers (36). I had 3 pairs left over! They were all size 5's... I used mysisterusa.com and I think the sizes run a little small.

I had just a hair under 100 guests - about 45 were women. I ordered 3 dozen slippers (36). I had 3 pairs left over! They were all size 5's... I used mysisterusa.com and I think the sizes run a little small.
Ahhh, ok so you ordered about a third of the amount of guests you were having,
I am thinking of ordering bigger sizes, only because I figure, that if a person has a smaller foot they can still fit into a bigger shoe, but not the other way around
Anyone else have any slipper basket advice?

well Meem, I think I might have ordered more than I need.....we're inviting 210, guarantee of 150, but I bought 84 pairs! You will have more people than me, so maybe you can use the same # I used? (7 dozen). I probably should've stuck with 60-70 pairs. Unless people take more than 1 pair (hey you never know), I'll probably have some left over.

I keep forgeting that we order in dozens!!! lol! You're right, I will probably go with a nice round number like 84, lol!!!! To be honest, I don't think too many if any will be left over besides, you know my mom and my sister, they are like scavangers at parties!!! They wait until the end to see what is left over and scoop it all up, lol!!!!!!!!!1

OMG!! you are so right!! I remember a certain wedding event we went to a few months back, your sis isn't even getting married, but she was going nuts for the freebies!!! she's too funny!!

We're having approx. 150 women attending so I bought 100 slippers ranging in sizes from 5-9 with more in the 7 & 8 size.
