Favor to Ask of LI Brides

I need about 100 of those votive holders so I can do the place card candles like Stef (Sonicstef) did.
I was originally going to buy the votives of another LI Bride, but her hall didn't realize she needed them and threw them all out

Anyway, I live in Manhattan so we don't get the Sunday news.

I know that Michaels occassionally puts their votives on sale for 3/$1 or 4/$1 or something.

Can you guys PLEASE keep an eye out for those flyers in the papers and let me know if/when you see these things going on sale? (I'm pretty sure I have my personal email link in my profile, but just in case

The cheapest I've found it 80 cents each for frosted ones (useless since they'll be wrapped in vellum anyway)

Susan I will keep my eye out for you and PM you when the go on sale. I have never seen them 4 for $1 but I have seen them 3 for a $1 a few weeks back.

Saw them in national wholesale liquidators and Joans fabric/craft store, dont remeber how much though. I am thinking of doing this too! I have just been worried about the danger involved, do you think there is any even though it is tea lights?

did you do a search online? Try candlemart.com or genwax.com

Make sure to look in the clearance section.

Saw them at walmart for 57 cents and I too am looking for the 3/$1.00 sale. I will let you know if I find them.

Susans,

I remember seeing them at Michael's at 4 for $1.00. I was really surprise because I never saw them that low. I will definitely keep an eye out for you. I am always running in and out of there for something.

Last Christmas I bought a whole bunch at 3/$1 (it could have been 4 I don't really remember) so keep a look out around December!
