I got this email that explains the SOPRANO'S ending last night- NOW IT ALL MAKES SENSE!
People in the diner in the sopranos last night:Guy at counter was Nicky Leotardo, Phil's nephew
2 Black guys were the ones that tried to shoot Tony in an earlier season but missed and clipped his ear.
The truck driver was the brother of someone robbed and killed by Christopher in season 2.
Cub scouts were witnesses in the train store when Bobby got shot.
Do you remember the convo that bobby and Tony had two episodes in the boat, about getting whacked?
He said if you were to get whacked, you would never see it coming and it would just be like everything would go black all of a sudden...
EDIT: I'm just wondering if they took out the whole family, just Tony, or if Meadow got there just in time to witness the mayhem and then they offed her. Hhhmmmmmmmmm!

Ok so that makes some sense, but I also heard that there was going to be a movie coming out that finishes it all off....but with the explanation you just gave there doesnt seem like much point for a movie..Thanks Jiffy

ahhhh! I knew all of that weird stuff HAD to mean something!!! I also wondered about the significance of all the songs he was looking at on the jukebox.Did anyone think- when you first saw AJ and his girlfriend in the car- as they were talking. ('are you sure we should do this...' conversation), did you think they were making a suicide pact? I totally did! Then they start to get nekkid.

WOW!! I also heard something about it possibly being another one of Tony's weird & random dream sequence things.....the 2nd to last episode left off w/ Tony going to sleep w/ a rifle, so that could be it too that it was all just a dream!!! they're really messing with us here!!! they better come out w/ that movie quick!

That does make sense as far as explaining who the people in the diner were. I knew they had to be there for a reason. I still don't necessarily think that Tony was killed though. I think those people were symbolic of... something I definately think if anything, they didn't kill the whole family. Tony even said in last weeks episode that they never touch the families.

After 7 years of not tying up loose ends i think this was just another way for david chase to think he's being super artisitic when in fact its just F*$## annoying!!!

Okay but they still should have showed the ending. If Tony got whacked they shouldve showed that or the whole family. That would have been an ending worth waiting to see.
