NWR-Need gift ideas???

I have a quick question. My boss's birthday is wednesday and I want to know what I should get him. He's a young, conservative, married Jewish guy. He's pretty cool (but conservative) so I feel like I can get him something somewhat personal. . . . as apposed to a desk accessory. I know he loves anything pumpkin flavored but I have no clue as to where I can find something like that (not holloween things). Any suggestions?
