**UPDATE**I ordered these custom made dresses from dollyandme.com
She mentions special order dresses for bridesmaid and flower girl dresses on the bottom of her home page. You just contact her through her website.
I think each dress cost about $35.
Must warn you- VERY slow. But it probably had to do with the fact that I contacted her way in advance of the wedding.
Now this vendor was mighty slow at getting back to me- I quit bugging her and just about gave up when she finally emailed to tell me she was ready to go!! Check them out!!!
Jr BM dress on my two oldest nieces
Jr BM dress for American Girl
FG dress on my youngest niece
FG dress for Bitty Baby
OMG the girls are gonna FLIP!!! How cute will pictures be on the big day??!!
