silly cake topper quest.

I know this is old and silly, but I would like to do something my to be husband would like and get a kick out of, so I was thinking of getting a princess leih and luke skywalker figure for the cake topper. For some reason this would make him happy. Any ideas where. I tried ebay and they were not very good. I also don't want to spend alot of $$! Anybody have any luck with websites for special figures for cakes?

Do you want a real 'cake topper'? Couldn't you just get a pair of action figures? I've seen people do that--one of the Bees on Weddingbee just had figures of Amidala and Anakin on her cake. I looked around for that myself, as I thought about a Superman one. No one makes them that I could see. Just get the action figures.

Although, I think I should point out that Luke and Leia are twins, not lovers. That's a little creepy, you know? Brother and sister? You need Leia and Han Solo! They end up together.

A woman on eBay has Anakin and Padme cake toppers - as we all know, they were Luke and Leia's parents.

It did bother me that Luke and Leih are brother and sister, but when I asked him who he liked better, Luke, Darth Vader, or Solo, and he said Luke I felt I had to go with him. This is a surprise to him, and I was trying to see who he really wanted to be. I asked him who he invisioned himself as and after it all he settled on Luke and me being Leih even though they are bro and sis that is what he saw. Yes, be it weird, I am still trying to find the visiom/ I Was only trying to go with the original Star wars that everyon knows.

I dont know, just trying to get options though. I still want ideas. Thank you for those for now. I need to check out the websites.

I agree it's creepy to use Luke and Leah-- they are siblings.... Even though he likes Luke I think it will make more sense to him and he'll still get a kick out of Hans Solo. If he is a fan he'll probably notice the sibling thing right away...JMO


ETA-- if you can't find a cake topper -- maybe buy the figurines and put those on the top of the cake?

What a ripoff--it looks like they just took a pair of action figures and stuck then on a generic cake topper! You could do that for less than $20.

There is a figure of Padme in her wedding dress, I saw it on the Weddingbee board.
