Where are the SOUTH BEACH DIET brides????

I'm on day 3 of Phase 1 and am looking for help!!! Especially with breakfast...so tired of eggs. This a.m., I had cherry tomatoes and hummus, just 'cause I couldn't stomach having eggs again.

Hey i'm doing south beach,,,, phase 1 i would have mozerella cheese strings, coffee. i get tired of eggs too! cottage cheese, plain not fat yogurt with splenda, canadian bacon,. do you have the newer book? lots of recipes!!!!

I am pregnant now but I did that for awhile. Sometimes for breakfast I would have plain non fat yogurt with Almonds in it. Cottage cheese sometimes(even though Im not crazy about it) I would eat canadian bacon. I would even eat that recipe they have where you take skim milk ricotta cheese and take lemon or lime zest and mix it. They also have one with almond extract or vanilla. Thats pretty good too. Breakfast was always the hardest b.c not much options.

im on phase 1 of south beach too...i made those spinach quiches...not bad ......i have been eating ALOT of cheese too.....cant wait for phase 2...better food!!

i do atkins, but dannon makes a carb smart yogurt that is great...3 carbs and comes in vanilla, raspberry, peach, and strawberry...since i do atkins, i don't know much about south beach, but i know there are high fiber cereals that are 10 carbs per serving

I do akins too (have for 3 years) and just bought that yogurt last night. It's very good.
