Eternity band question

I am getting an eternity band with the diamonds going all around. I heard that you can damage the diamonds and it may cut into my fingers. Is this something I should worry about. I really like the look of it going all around better than when the plain side is on the bottom. What is the consensus on this? Thanks

Diamonds are extremely hard. Depending on what you wear it for you will be fine. I am also getting an eternity band and a second plain platinum band for the beach, housework etc...
If the diamonds are set right, you shouldn't worry about them 'cutting your fingers'
edited to say i like eternity bands better because if the diamonds are just on the top, i hate the look of when the ring turns and you see part diamonds & part platinum
