HUGE DIY day today! Pics of Menus, Table Numbers and Pennants! ETA: Unity Candle!

I still can't get over how much we got done!! It was me, my two sisters/MOHs, my mom and my friend Jen. I feel a little nauseous from the spray mount and spray glitter.

So here we go!! Here are all the table numbers. I bought wood frames from Dollar Tree and spray painted them silver (thanks to qtdimps23 for the tip!

). My sister designed them...and I got the inspiration from the retired numbers in monument park. Some of the wording was taken from the plaques out there, but of course the newer players aren't retired yet - so I either made it up or took a blurb from the internet.

I also tried to add a personal anecdote to them (you can see some examples in my Yankees Wedding Theme album)

And the menus! I'm so excited with how they came out. We bought the card stock which was on sale at AC Moore, and I was so excited to find a cool metallic blue...it's really not that sparkly in person, it's so funny how the color changes from different angles. I got the inspiration from the Official Program Thread (Thanks Enjft!). And of course, my sis designed them. All inspired by my invites!

And now..what you've all been waiting for. How is this girl gonna pull off pennants? Well here they are!!! Just bought felt, I spray painted the dowels silver, added some navy and white ribbon, and spray glittered the pennants!

I'm so excited! The day is just about here!!! And the best part is that the other day..I was getting so giggly about it and then emotional as I was talking to my mom about Brett....I said to her 'I'm just so happy to be marrying him.' My bestest friend!

ETA: Here's my Unity Candle- all done by me. Well...my sis designed the monogram of course.

oh I absolutely CANNOT take credit..hell, I can't even cut a straight line! I would say everyone else did all the work!

I guess the only original idea here that was mine were the table numbers...but my sister did all the designing.
