How much do you tip girl for coming to your house and doing everyones hair?

Also how much for make-up person?

Nothing! My hair/makeup people were both making big money for themselves for about 3 hours of work...I dont think a tip is in order unless they are working for someone else.

I did tip some of my 'owner' vendors but hair/makeup was not one.

My hairstylist is traveling to my house to do my hair & the bridal party. I am paying a lot for this.
She's not the owner of a salon. You don't think I should tip her?

My hair and makeup came to my home too. I paid about $800 for this service for me, 3 bridesmaids and 1 mother and 1 flowergirl. I thought they did a good job and they were sweet but I dont think they were underpaid and I dont think they did anything extraordinary that would warrant more money. Perhaps if the trials I had had with them were free, then I would feel differently - but since I paid for that too then I felt that I had paid them fairly. That is just my opinion.

I think you should have a little extra $$ tucked away for vendors who go above and beyond. If your hair/makeup people do something really stellar (aside from doing hair/makeup) then use it. Otherwise save it for the honeymoon.
