First Fitting...With Pics!

I cannot believe I am at the one month mark until the wedding! It is sooo surreal!! After running to Bloomie's this morning before my 11:15am fitting, to pick up Spanx, I made it in time to Lillette's and was greeted by a smiling Lilla. She is simply fabulous! I was nervous that I didn't lose any weight and that my bubblin' back fat would bring me to tears! Have no fear!! She needs to take in the bodice at least 3 inches!! Yay! Though I still have my chubby back, it wasn't as horrific as I had imagined! Halleluiah!

And luckily, I have long hair and will be wearing most of it down so the back will be concealed even more!

I had my comfy shoes with me...they ended up being the perfect height. I brought some chandeliers just to see how they look without a necklace. Since I didn't order earrings or a bracelet yet, I am going to get slightly longer chandeliers and a big sparkley bracelet, but will not have a necklace. There is enough going on with the bodice and I need my neck to look as long as possible...no need to cut the neck and look like a fat mobster right?

I still need to get my veil. I will be ordering that this week. Also, I have a slight train on the dress itself [in addition to my detachable train] that will be bustled, but forgot to take pics of it! I will next time!

So without further ado, here are the only 3 pics that my wonderfully patient and sweet seamstress extraordinaire, Lilla took for me! What do you think?

Actually it is a Jasmine Couture!! Thanks for the compliments! I was so worried that I was going to look like a cow since I didn't lose as much as I wanted to.

I agree on the necklace. . .the bodice is too pretty, why have a necklace distract from it?
