Limo quote

I need a Rolls Royce and a limo for 11 people in the bridal party. I am not sure if we should get a 14 passenger, a navigator or two 10 passengers for the bridal party.
Our current quote is 1410 for a Rolls and 14 passenger 2003 Lincoln. Any help would be appreciated.......
