My wedding shoes hurt my feet!
I only stoold i the for about 30 miutes and my big toe was killing me.
Is there anything I can do???
Soemone suggested steching them out. Has anyone ever done this at a shoemaker???
I was thinkign of changing them when we are at the reception, but I will need platform sneakers because the dress will drag all over the place.

Re: My wedding shoes hurt my feet!
A shoemaker could probably stretch them out for you. Also start wearing them for 30 minutes a day. So you feet get used to the shoe. I know I have to do that myself and also get inersoles because they are a little loose but they are the right size. If I got a size smaller they would of been to tight.

Re: My wedding shoes hurt my feet!
Girl, if you are not attached to and totally in love with your shoes, then I saw go buy yourself a rockin pair of comfortable shoes that you really love. I bought mine at myglassslipper.com and let me tell you, they DO FEEL like a glass slipper!!!
It's your day and you gotta be comfortable!

Re: My wedding shoes hurt my feet!
I felt the same exact way when I went for my fitting, my shoes were killing me after 20 minutes. I am looking for a pair of platform flip-flops to wear for the reception and dancing.

Re: My wedding shoes hurt my feet!
I had the same problem. . .I bought an awesome pair of shoes but the heel is very high. I usually wear a high heel but for the whole day it would kill me. I went to Payless and found a cute pair of shoes for $20. They are comfortable so I thought. I wore them for my fitting and by the end of my fitting my feet hurt. When my seamstress shortened my dress she made it so I could wear my shoes but when the dress gets bustled it will be short enough to put on flats. Ask your seamstress if she could do that. Also, are you having a french bustle or a regular bustle?
