How did you choose the first BOTW?

I know it was Meg (Soon2beMrsD)

And she was the one I believe who came up with the idea about nominating people to be the BOTW and I think everyone just nominated her since not only did hse come up with the idea but she was and is so helpful and gave great advice etc.

I could be wrong though?

I choose Melanie because for one she was helpful, a nice person who talks to everyone. Plus I saw her really opening up to new ideas, even things she wasn't normally used to or really had thought about before.

yes, it was meg....but I think the other years were already doing BOTW....I don't think the 2008 girls started it...

I don't remember whose ideas they were exactly...but the 08 girls decided that we should start doing BOTW (after seeing how popular and successful it was on the 07 board). Again, don't remember who exactly, but we all got a vote on who we thought the bride of the week should be to start, we FM'd it to someone who volunteered to keep track. They tallied the votes and wa-la...the 08'ers had their first BOTW
