Whyyyyyyyy is it so hard to get a non receptionist on the phone at Fox Hollow? Its like trying to get through to the president! Im just so tired from it- this is going on 3 weeks now!!!

Did you try telling them that you are tired of talking to voicemail and want to speak to a manager NOW?

i have the same problem,, and i know some other fox hollow brides do also... they never return your calls
i think that is the only negative i have about that place

what i do though is just keep calling , give some time in between calls, and eventually you will get them !! its annoying , but it works

Well the other day i finally got ahold of Jennifer cus I rtold the receptionist Ive been trying to get her for 2 weeks.

Then when I talked to her she said she never heard of them working with Cakes by jay and doing upgrades through him but said they would do a cake credit of $150. Jay said they do this all the time with him and usually give a credit of $200-$300. And jennifer said she would fax something over to me so i would have it in writing and I have been leaving messages for a week cus I havn't gotten anything faxed over and she wont fax it or call me back.

I love Fox Hollow and everything, but right now they are on my shtlist.

I think it's all in the timing. Call and ask the receptionist your BM's day off - so you don't call on that day EVERY TIME!!! That'll help a lot!

yea thats a good point, ron was our BM also,, he seems to be off alot...lol
but we are going to finalized next week, and i am not leaving till i have ALL the questions answered

Grrr is right! How frustrating! Maybe you can ask your BM (the next time you actually get to speak with her!) for her email address just in case you can't get a hold of her. Who knows, she may not respond to your emails, but at least it gives you another option.

When we met with him he was only working with them part time. He had left/retired & they asked him to come back because they were so busy. I'm sure that has something to do with it.

I try to call when i have like 4-5 questions - so that i'm not calling a lot. I have a page in my wedding notebook exclusively for things as i think of them...so when i call - i have his attention for like 20 minutes!

Congrats on being DONE!!!!! Let us know how it goes!!!!

I called and asked if they do upgrades with Cakes by Jay and he said yes they do and I explained the situation and he said he can't help me that I have to call back Monday and speak to jennifer cus she handles all that. So it really didn't help.

thats funny you say that, because i wait to call to ask him some questions... and i finally get on the phone with ron, and i can tell he was very short, and hurried me off the phone... i love how they are so sweet before you book , and answer ANY questions you have,, but once you book and sign that contract... FORGET IT

this sounds retarted, but for us fox hollow brides, we should start posting the questions we asked them. and post the answers that you got from them.. becaue maybe it will eliminate a phone call

I know i saw something recently on here about their placecards - they have a little fox on them or something...SHOOT!!! I can't find it!
