24 days since my wedding day...

AND I AM FINALLY GETTING TO THE GYM...

I'm leaving...

like right now...

...after I post this.

I worked out EVERY WEEK DAY for an hour, and dieting ALL SUMMER... Very happy with the results and how I looked on my wedding day.

I have been eating EVERYTHING since...

I'm almost afraid to step on the scale...

but yep.... off to the gym. wish me luck.

(its SO HARD to get motivated when you don't have the *wedding* hanging over your head)

ok, see you guys in about an hour.

I know the feeling. It's been over 3 months since my wedding day and I can't get myself to go to the gym. Hoping to go today during lunch. It's very hard to get motivated again :(

I did manage to loose some weight during our honeymoon from all the hicking we did

I know exactly how you feel... I had AMAZING will power b4 the wedding. I worked out Every day, did weights, crunches and cardio. No carbs and never ate after 8PM.
Now ... I'm lucky if I get to the gym once a week. Love my carbs (pasta is my weekness) and been eating dinner at 8:30. Ugh... I've put on 8 pounds since the wedding. Boo!
We Just bought a treadmill last week so I've been on that the last couple of nights. Yeah!

I need to get back to the gym too. I was so disciplined before the wedding (even years before that), but I've used this time as a way to treat myself...now it's starting to suck.

I finally went back to the gym last week and have been going everyday since. It is hard but once you start going you won't want to miss a day. I also now look at everything I eat and think it would take me 20 minutes on the treadmill to burn you off you're not worth it.
When I am down to my goal weight I am getting a pair of citizen jeans. I need something to work for.

I finally made myself get back to the gym and it was a very nice workout

I guess I'll set a goal to buy something nice for myself once I'll loose those 15 extra pounds that I gained since the wedding.

i've only gone about 6 times since i've been back from my HM, when i was going almost everyday before the wedding. my motivation is just non-existant, except that i know i don't want to look like i did back in the day. but i can't stop eating chocolate and not going to the gym. and on that note, i'm going to the gym now. TTYL

I'm FINALLY starting to work out again. I've done no exercise in the past 2+ months. Just eating & eating. I'm excited to start back because I want my pants to fit again!

In the first weeks following my wedding, I ate everything.

I haven't really been going to the gym.

But, i also started a new grad. program and am working crazy OT.


I have to find a routine again.

Good for you. I'm going back tomorrow. I said that last week. I have to go this week. I won't get on the scale either. Alot of my pants are tight and I refuse to buy new clothes.

I haven't done SH!T since the wedding aside from a few walks around our town after dinner.. It's really pathetic.
We're trying to figure out something active to do together aside from joining a $4506/year gym. and sex.
