Invite Wording (& now reception car help) =)

In th sample of my invite they have the day wording as follows:
On Friday
The twenty-third of May
At 4:00 in the afternoon
Two thousand and three

is it just me or do you agree that:

On Friday
The twenty-third of May
Two thousand and three
At 4:00 in the afternoon

sounds better? I know it's just a slight difference & maybe I'm wrong. Give me your opinions ladies!

I also prefer honour to honor but it doesn't matter much.

Your wording makes it unclear I think, like there's only cocktails.

How about:

Please join us as we celebrate
7:00pm Cocktails, followed by dinner and dance

OR

Please join us as we celebrate
Cocktails, followed by dinner and dance - 7:00pm

OR

Please join us for our reception
7:00 Cocktails, followed by dinner and dance

OR
Please join us for our reception
