i have 3 flower girls, and i called up Ulta and wanted to charge me $50. i thought that might be too much.. do you think it is??
anyone have another place that dont charge as much?? TIA!!

Maximus in Westbury is charging me $40 - but her hair will be half up half down.
516-222-8880 if you are interested.
Try a LemonTree or a smaller salon to see if they charge less.
