I wanna kill you but i love you at the same time...i saw the UPS guy pull up today cause my cake toper was comming and I had a second package i opened it up and this is what i found insaide with a card telling me to get better soon...........

it's not every day that you have surgery & knowing full well how miserable it is - we wanted to do something nice!
