UNLESS, you get a limo big enough for everyone, they bring your FH, GM and family, then go pick you and your family up and then you ALL go to OW gardens.

make sense? it does in my head, lol

maybe not get limos but town cars for parents and grandparents and have them just do pickups and drop off ... thats what my parents are doing ... my mom will be in the limo with the girls on the way to the chruch but afterwards her and my dad will go to there houseand be picked up form there than dropped off at the reception then picked back up again at the end of the night the quote i got for this was about 125-150 ... if thats a better deal then you should do that but if its cheaper to just have the limo and just waste a few hours then go with the limo

I don't wanna really do that cause then I'll need at least a 30 passenger bus Plus OWG charges you if you have more than 20 people there at a time.

Ok. I guess it's wrong to ask the family to stay in the car

Ok let me put my info out there and maybe one of you guys will be smart enough to help me figure this dilemma out. I've been calling limo co's and getting some prices but I would really like to not spend a ridiculous amount on limos.

Boys have to be at church at 2:00 in Farmingdale
Girls have to be at church at 2:30 which is when the ceremony starts
Going to OWG afterwards
CH starts at 6:00 in Babylon

Now I want to provide a limo for our parents and grandmas but I'm not sure how to go about this in the best economical way without wasting money on a limo just sitting there for a few hours.

This is the only thing I can think of.

Have my parents and grandmas ride in Limo 1 with me and my BMs on the way to the church. Have FH's parents and grandma ride in Limo 2 with him and his GMs on the way to the church. Have Limo 1 take FH and I with our BP to OWG to take pics then to the RH. Have Limo 2 take mine and FH's parents and grandmas to one of the houses in the middle (and wait ) until it's time to go to the RH (that's where I think I'm wasting money for a limo to just sit there for a few hours).

Ok did I lose anyone with that big shpeal??

Can anyone think of a better limo situation??

this is what im getting and doing:
4 person excalibur - 3 hrs
22 person escalade - 5hrs
14 person chrysler - 5 hrs

parents, grandparents & Very important family members will ride in the chrysler

my church is at 2:30 - reception 8:30
guys will get picked up at FH around 1:45 drive to church, then escalade comes to pick the girls up. Me and my 2 sisters get in the excalibur.... so we make it to church by 2:30

after church around 4ish - me and my fh get in the excalibur & drive to take pics, escalade with bridal party follows us. we arrive at picture place take couple of pics with excalibur and byebye to excalibur. then we get in the escalade with the bridal party and have a gooood time :)

as far as the break between 4 & 6:30 (bcuz my cocktail hour starts at 7:30) we are renting a small hall right by the church that way all the guests can go and mingle there so noone has to drive back and forth.... plus we're having a chartered bus for the guests who want it.

too confusing right?
