INVITATIONS JUST CAME IN MAIL...VENT***UPDATE***
they are terrible..disgusting and i dont know what to do..they have to go out by friday
i called the company i ordered them from and left a message on the dispute hotline number
my sister sayd im being to critical but i know im not
i can even take a picture to show you because the pictures make it look fine..its when you are looking at it close up..
the other thing that really pisses me off..they didnt say it was going to be flat ink..they didnt say raised either..but they just said nothing
that was my one bridezilla detail taht i really cared about..THE FRAKING INK BEING RAISED..because now it just looks like it was printed on a computer..and that woudl be fine but i spent a lot of money to make it not look that way

so after talking with the person on the phone..and because its 88 days until wedding day and im really pressed for time..i was getting emotional and was saying that i dont have time to get them re printed..but i really dont have to because they are fine..im just being crazy
well..the peron at the company i ordered them from got so upset taht i was crying..THEY REFUNDED ME ALLLL THE MONEY AND ARE LETTING ME KEEP THEM BECAUSE OF TIME
i dont knwo how they were able to do this because they are not asking me to send the product back
thats what i call AMAZING customer service..so now i have a good invite..im just a bridezilla FOR FREE

the quality from the sample if different from what i just got

i had that happen with mine...but they were VERY quick to fix it. The proof was fine - it was all fine - but the printed invite was CROOKED.. They called me and said - the proof is fine - not sure what we can do here. I scanned it in at work, emailed it to them & they called me about 2 minutes after getting it back and were like, wow - someone must've bumped into the actual printer while it was running....we're sorry - they're already re-priniting and we'll get them to you before the end of the week...
i'm so sorry!!!!

ugh, that stinks! They better fix it and fast. I'm sure they will when you explain the difference in what you had originally received.

That is great! I know they are not exactly what you wanted -- but think of it this way -- after the wedding most people throw them out -- and now you have that extra money for something else you may REALLY want!
