sORRY TO CRASH: NEED 09 GIRLS

Hey girls,
I hope everyone is enjoying planning their weddings. I am a newlywed, married in August. My best friend just got engaged and she is looking for a hall that holds about 300-350 people. Does anyone have any suggestion/pictures/adivce? Also, has anyone had any difficulty booking in the fall of 2009 yet? Thanks a bunch girls.

Grand Prospect Hall is absolutely ginormous. FSIL and SBIL had thiers there and held 300... could hold 600.

I don't know of any halls...but I didn't find it hard to book at all. In fact when I went to RH to book there were already some 09 weddings booked.

some halls aren't even taking dates for 09 yet.. and some are... but nothing is booked up at all..

i agree, the fall of 09 should not be a problem at all to get a date. even the beginning part is still available. i think it depends on the popularity of the hall how booked up it is.

Fall of 09 should not be hard to book - I am getting married at the Venetian Yacht Club and having close to 350

I just booked a MArch 2009 wedding for me and my fiance.. she should ghave no problem with FALL 09!! :- )

well when i went to WCC they were like i can 'pencil' you in technically i can't write you down until after January.. and i'm like ok.. she did the whole quote thing... lol

so that means they wouldnt take a deposit then if u tried??? i would think they would try to snatch up your money asap

They said that to me too.... I couldnt wait that long!
