DH and I put up our first tree!!!! WITH PICS

It is now officially 2 months since we got married and DH and I just finished putting up our first tree! I'm so excited! We had Christmas carols playing while we put up the tree and decorated it together. We stopped and danced for a bit and it was just such a nice evening all around!

Okay so here are some pics!

Sounds and looks like a wonderful night. So where did you get that adorable christmas ornament? I'd love to get that for all my friends, an of course for DH and I, who got married this year!!!!!!

I like that Yesi-The one of Luis putting the syar on top is a great one for the 'first xmas' scrapbook. LOL Pete was cursing up a storm when he did ours lmao cause wouldn't stay so no pics

Thanks everyone!! My doggie apparently liked the tree - here's hoping she doesn't get curious with what's ON the tree!!! I'm afraid it will topple over if she gets curious! Hope not!

For those who asked, the ornament I bought at TARGET!!!

The wedding ornament was $15 which isn't too bad for a nice keepsake ornament, no?

They actually have a few nice silver ones besides the wedding one - they have a baby's first Christmas for boy or for girl, they have a '2007' ornament which I also bought (I put it up after I took the pics), and they also have the twelve days of Christmas (but not in silver) and other nice stuff.

The only thing is that I really wanted to put up the wedding ornament but didn't have a picture, so I cut up one of my proofs!!!!

wow--it really is surreal--a year ago we were all chirping away on the 07 board about how it was almost 'our year'

and now we are all married putting up our first xmas trees as married ladies and getting closer to our 1 year anniversaries!!!
