fh found this gem!..even though we wanted to wait for me to get back to kansas and do this together..its too good to pass up and we might make an offer

5 bed 3.5 bath 3000sq on 2/3 acre

$175,000!!!!!!!!

im excited..we might do this tomorrow!!

************UPDATE*************

this is a foreclosure..thats why the price is what it is..its valued at $265,000

which is still good

i called FH and was like..ive been looking online at houses like this and they are all about $100,000 higher..and so thats why

we made an offer to the bank of $170,000

well find out in a few days!!!!!!
