SUPER easy recipe! yum yum yum :)

such a simple no fuss recipe & EXTREMELY yummy!

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing/seasoning mix

1/4 Cup 4C unseasoned plain bread crumbs(can add more if needed...no need to add more seasoning mix - it's strong!)

about 6 chicken pieces.(i used bone in, skin on chicken peices..i've used boneless/skinless before & the 'ranch' was a little to potent! lol)

Pre-heat oven to 375.

Mix hidden valley & breadcrumbs together

Rinse chicken & coat w/breadcrumb mixture(i did it in a bowl, u can also toss in a large ziplock)

Place chicken parts in baking dish or cookie sheet.

Cook for about 50minutes or untill juices run clear

i made it with mashed potatoes & some broccoli for a veg. so yummy and it doesn't get any easier than this!!!
