Spinoff-Newlyweds The Biggest Loser: Workout Music

Ok ladies. I don't know about you but I like to shake my groove thang when I am working out. It helps me stay motivated when I am doing cardio. otherwise I get bored and stay looking like a hot mess instead of just plain HOTTT!

So post your favorite excercise music. I am alsways looking for good workout songs.

I will break mine into categories because I think it is important to match the pace of your workout to your music.

Running:

I HATE running but like what it does to my @ss so I need stuff thats fun with a steady beat. (note* the Whine UP song is my FAVE for pushing it hard when I get tired. I have it back to back 2x in my IPOD so I start running at 6 mph than keep going up at 1/2 intervals each time they hit the chorus. Keeps me going.)

-Fighter: Christina Aguilera

-Genie in a Bottle: Christina Aguilera (good warmup song for a run. Steady tempo but not too fast)
-Dirrty: Christina Aguilera
- Whine Up: Kat DeLuna
-Eye of the Tiger (Rocky music)
-Holding out for a Hero: Bonnie Tyler (good long song with a steady beat. 5 min are over quick!)
-Bad Touch: Bloodhound Gang (the dirty words entertain me lol)
-Girlfriend: Avril Lavinge (Fun angry girl music)
-Lets get Loud: JLo (LOVE this so fun)
-O mickey, you're so fine: BLONDIE
-I came to party :NOREAGA
-I'm sexy, I'm cute... :BRING IT ON SOUNDTRACK

-The Top gun song..long one. I forget the name but its great for starting out and increasing resistance slowly.

Great post. My gym playlist on my ipod somehow got deleted on my last upgrade of iTunes. I need to remake it, so I can get some good suggestions here.
I will just post them as I think of them,all of mine I use when I run.

Those are good ones! I like la bouche actually. Thats a good one for running. I never remeber the names of songs. Thats why I like knowing what other people use.
