Hawaii or Tahiti...Can't make up my mind!!

Getting ready to start planning my Honeymoon and can't decide between hawaii or Tahiti. Any suggestions? Prices? Travel Agents? As always, thanks again for all your help.

my vote is for tahiti and the neighboring islands .. its so much more natural and untouched than hawaii. i guess i'm looking at it from the perspective of wanting to relax on my honeymoon though. i'm stil researching so i dont have much advice on travel agents though .. good luck with ur decision

is FH tall? I don't think I would ever go to hawaii with DH again...much less tahiti unless we stopped off in CA...He was so uncomfortable...even when we flew business class to Spain...he complained...

so for us tahiti is out (for now)...although a sleeping pill can knock me out for the entire flight and I won't have to hear him

I am going to Tahiti in June. It was a toss up b/t Hawaii and Tahiti for me. The reason I chose Tahiti is bc for the longest time I have always wanted to go there and felt it was a once in a lifetime trip and that w/ Hawaii I know I would go there at some point during my life bc its much closer.

I did a lot of research on both and what also drew me to going to Tahiti was the beauty of the islands and the overwater bungalows.

You have to decide what you want out of your honeymoon. Hawaii is much more developed then Tahiti, Hawaii also has a lot of nightlife where Tahiti doesn't.

I booked my hm thru an agent at liberty travel in Manhattan on 41st and Madison. She is excellent. Let me know if you want her info.

You should do a search on Tahiti on here bc there have been a few past brides who just went there and have posted reviews and pictures.

I would say definitley Tahiti!!! It is the most beautiful place on earth. I decided to go there because I wanted to go someplace really far since it's a two week vacation and really how often do you go away for two weeks. My husband has been to Hawaii and loved Tahiti much more. I posted a very long and detailed review when I came back last October - check it out. We're trying to plan something to go back, it's just an unbelievable place! Good luck!!
