Ever been to Quebec City?

Hubby & I are thinking of going for a week in August, I saw pics in a magazine and it looked so romantic and European. I figured since we can't afford to go to Europe we'll at least go to a French-Canadian city, close enough! We've been to Montreal so I'm just wondering if it's the same or different.

I've visited QC twice for work and it's a charming city that has a lot of history. It's Europe-like and different than Montreal. I'm not an expert on this and if I remember correctly, there's Old Quebec that’s really neat and Château Frontenac is a must see..
