Birthday parties all weekend :(

So how do you choose what to eat at a party without taking out your WW Food companion, LOL.
I am going to a 2nd bday tomorrow and a 1st bday on Sunday, so i'm sure it will be alot of pizza, nuggets, and tomorrow will probably be a mixture of ITalian and Spanish foods...

any wise advice on how to 'stack up' my plate ?

Sometimes when I am going to a party where I know there will not be too many healthy choices, I eat before I go this way I am not hungry when I am there. You can also eat a small meal before you go and just have a small amount of food while you are there. Also, drink lots of water!

Jodi's advice is great! Also, if you are tempted to munch, always go for pretzels over chips, and for lunch/dinner, if they have a hero, I always get the American part and take off the cheese and a few other meats. NO mayo, of course!
For Italian foods, pasta in garlic and oil is your best bet, followed by red gravy. STEER CLEAR of all cream sauces!
You probably won't be able to count your points, but at least you know you won't be causing irreparable damage!
