Anyone Looking For An Apartment? UPDATED W/ NEW PICS AT BOTTOM

Fh and I are leaving our wonderful apartment and I wanted to let you girls know if any are interested.

The apartment is in West Babylon. Price is $1,250 plus half of the electric bill (split with the apartment upstairs) and 30% of the oil bill.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a huge livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer. AND the landlord does not live in the house

You get driveway space, use of a huge backyard and the apartment is only 4 years old. We are the only ones who have lived here and kept it in great condition.

If anyone is interested please let me know asap and I will give you the landlords # b/c this apartment will go very quick.

First pic is alcove in kitchen where we used to have a kitchen table but never used it so we put our computer there

Yes, it is but it is only 5 steps down and there are regular windows in both bedrooms

My mom has an apartment in her house in Holtsville and offered it to us for nothing. So if we do this we will probably be able to afford a house shortly after the wedding. We figured we would sacrafice now for the better of our future.

Tell your friend if she is interested in seeing it, I suggest doing it very quicky cause like I said I know it will go very fast and we already had 2 people look at it today.
