moms on LIW
I'm unsure of how some of the brides might feel about moms on the forums. I am so excited about my daughter's upcoming wedding and absolutely love to read the chats. Sometimes I am hesitant about responding to some of their topics as I don't want to be seen as a mom butting in. What do you think, moms? Brides?

I think alot of the Mom's comments are welcome on the boards. I have never really heard of anyone being nasty to one. They just don't want their own mom's on.....LOL

I post on the Brides, many times to give and receive info. Debi doesn't always have time to post. The Brides have been very gracious, and helpful. And there are other times, I try to offer encouragement to some of the Brides. But, I believe no matter what the age, we as women can always learn something new from each other, and in some cases can share important wedding info. And the Brides are just plain fun to talk to!! They have brought many smiles to my face!!  Mary MOB

hi girls! i crashed in the mom's section to butt in. lucky, you're so right. i love that there are moms on here showing an interest, but i don't know how comfortable i'd be sharing the space with my own mom

My DIL wanted to me to join while she was planning and I am still posting because I have made some wonderful new friends on here. The brides are happy to hear our opinions since we are moms and can help in ways that other brides may not be able to. I have found everyone to be just wonderful! Keep posting.
