Just joined WW
Anyone have any tips? I tried WW a few years ago, but couldn't stay on it, FH and I tried Atkins to lower his cholesterol but it made him sick, so we went to WW.

WW is the best. I lost 25lbs on it. If you stick to it, it works and you can eat what ever you want. It's a way of living not a diet. I work for them part time so if you need any help let me know!!!

I wish I had some wise words for you. I have been on WW for 3 years and I have lost and gained the same 60 pounds over and over again. NOW, I can't seem to lose weight now matter how hard I try.
