DIY Placecard - Need opinions and help
HELP!!!!!
I'm not so sure now because someone mentioned that people may not notice the writing on the other side of the card. Would this be a good idea or can someone help me figure out the best way to go about?
I thought that we would combine the placecards with the annoucement of a donation (Easier and cheaper).
Someone had mentioned a website and I found one that might work. I just have to figure out how to do it since I don't really have a template available. The RH provided placecards (They are about 4 x 3.5) I have NO idea how to do it. Does anyone know of a template I might be able to use?

Re: DIY Placecard - Need opinions and help
i have a simular situation... my placecard holders are kissing bells so there is a cute poem that goes something like: "thank you for sharing in our wedding day bliss, ring this bell to see us kiss"
so i was having the same thought you were having about how to combine the placecards and that saying & i decided to print them out on labels and stick them on the back of the placecards.... not sure what size your placecards are - but maybe you could do something like that?!
we are also doing the donation thing & we ordered special cards that can be rolled up as scrolls. so we are going to tie them to the placecard holder so they hang off the top of it... this is a tad more work, but i really didnt want to do the tent cards on each table for the donation thing

Re: DIY Placecard - Need opinions and help
once the place cards are cut (down to actual size) it would be hard to feed them through a printer to get them to line up perfectly. I have two sided place cards but printed them out on 8.5 x 11 then once I inprint the table number and guest I will cut them out and that is really how you would need to do it.
