Dog Barking Driving me Crazy....

I have a headache.

2 year old maltese who I love to death, but won't stop barking. I think he gets spooked easy because he is always barking at the doors in my house and lord help me if he sees his reflection.

Any suggestions on what to do? Has anyone else had this probelm before?
