So I finally get my xmas china gift delivered from macys today...

and its the wrong china!! called up macys and the rep went through everything with me, and the wearhouse fellow who packaged my first ever wedding related gift was lazy and just grabbed anything. I am lusterware bluefin - he grabbed 2 boxes of lusterware, on another side of the wearhouse (as to not confuse) and stuffed it in a box.

As for macys they were thorough, made sure i registered for the right one, made sure FMIL ordered the right one, made sure no upc #'s or any #'s associated with my bluefin china had changed, and even could trace it back to who packeged it, by the stamp on my order. They were awesome.

It just would have cheered my up a bit i guess...

Sorry you had to wait this long and get the wrong items. I'm glad that Macy's was able to track that it was a mistake on their part. Hopefully you won't have anymore problems! Good luck!
