Girls on WW that eat the progresso soup
This may be a really dumb question,,but the 0 point progresso soup.....it's 0 points for 1 serving..the can is two servings...how many points per can..not serving.
I posted that I eat that on a ww message board and someone responded that it's not 0 points per can just per serving...I ask how many points per can and no one answered
Im silly and thought 0 +0 =0
Please help!!!!

I think it depends- you have to double the calories, fat & fiber and then use your tracker- but all are between 1-3 for the can hth

Yes! What she said. For example, if you have something that is 50 cal, 0 fat and 3 fiber for a serving (which=0pts), two servings would not be "0" but you would figure out the points based on 100 cal, 0 fat, and 6 fiber (which=1pt).

I didn't know that about the 0 pts soup!  That's crazy! who eats a half a can of soup! They should be more clear on that. I didn't even think that a serving was more then 1 can....wow!

Look at he response from Sharron70 - use your points finder based on the info provided on the label and point it out for the full can.
I usually have the soup with a light english muffin or ww bagel.

Totally! Before it was explained to me by my team leader, I thought I could just eat whole tubs of FF Cool Whip for every meal!

This is the same scenario as for the 1pt. bars. Some of the 1 pt. bars if you eat 2 of them it = 3 pts..... Strange
