Well I had a bridal shower in the daytime and then a superbowl party in the evening, so......

Horrible! I drank tons of beer though it was the Utra one by Michelob so its better, but ate wings and fries and dip! I was terrible- I'm going to work really hard this week to make up for it.

I didn't do good AT ALL this entire weekend!!!

I'm so mad at myself! Well we'll see what happens later when I get weighed. Plus it's that time when EVERYTHING in the world tastes good, ya know??? I HATE that!

I am so bad on weekends. Its like all my WW dedication goes out the window. I made sure I ate lunch before going to the Superbowl party yesterday, and that did help with the snacking in the first half...after that, forget it.

Not to mention the beer. The only saving grace of the whole day was that I went to the gym, hopefully that helped me burn some calories! I didnt even write it all down, and just starting fresh today.

very good. FI and I stayed home and he does all the cooking. he cooked us a nice chicken dinner with rice and i was very full. i was going to have a smart ones dessert but i was so full from dinner i wound up not having that. i also didnt pick. i was so proud of myself
