Wedding gown for sale - UPDATED - Please read

It is a Tomasina gown style #1238 It is from a previous engagement and a wedding that never happened. It is an absolutely gorgeous gown. If anyone is interested please let me know. I really dont feel right wearing it this time around, which is a shame as I truly do adore the dress. I have tried craigs list and ebay many times to no avail.

***UPDATE***
I went home and tried the dress on today. It is definitely true to a street size 8/10 (although the tag says 14, it most definitely is not). I know I have posted about this dress before, but since the dress was not willing to close this afternoon when I tried it on, wearing it - whether i had doubts about doing that or not - is not an option. i dont want to have a dress that i will *hopefully* fit into in a year from now.

So, since I would hate to have this dress go to waste, I am willing to part with it for what I honestly consider a complete steal - I paid $4200 at the Wedding salon of Manhasset - but will part with it at this point for a fraction of that price. It has never been worn (only tried on, obviously) Please let me know if you are interested, or know anyone who might be. FM me for details.

I'm really sorry too! And I have tried for so long. I spent more money posting it on there that I cant bring myself to do it anymore

i'm already on my second one otherwise i would have bought it off of you.

i've tried to sell mine on craigslist (for some reason it didn't even post?!) and ebay. i'm about to move on to angelos bridal (?). but if you go to google and type in pre owned wedding dress or sell wedding dress you'll get A LOT of websites.

Thanks for the advice! I have it on craigs list now too - and I know what you mean about thinking it didnt post at all! I searched and searched and could not find it, but I clicked on the link that they emailed me and there it was. But if I couldnt find it, how will someone else?? frustrating...

yup. I bought 2 dresses and sold the one I didn't wear on there. It took about 3 months but its only $25 to list it for a year

try searching the stores on this site: http://nymag.com/weddings/listings/gowns/

some of the stores sell previously owned gowns. you can call them and ask if they are interested in buying yours.
