Strapless Gown... with or without gloves????

Hi ladies! Quick question!! My gown is strapless, sweetheart neck. I have NEVER considered wearing gloves, but now that's all I hear about. How many of you are wearing strapless with gloves? Do you feel that it is definately necessary to have gloves if I'm wearing strapless? Also, are there any of you wearing strapless and NOT wearing gloves??

I have spagetti straps and I am wearing gloves but you don't HAVE to wear them. It's a matter of preference

I have a strapless gown and I am NOT wearing gloves. I don't think it's necessary. I'm sure it would be a nice, but I just prefer not to.

Thanks! I'm just wondering if people will think I'm weird having a strapless dress in October and no gloves... ugh, decisions decisions!

One more question. All of sudden I am VERY concerned about my arms. Do you feel that the gloves give a 'slimmer' look to your arms? I know that's a stupid question, but that might steer me towards the gloves!

I have a strapless gown & I AM wearing gloves for the ceremony only (fingerless ones), however, it is not a must that you do. It should be your personal decision.

I am also wearing a strapless gown without gloves. I agree, it is entirely your preference.

Do fingerless gloves have the little elastic loop for your middle finger? Or are they different? I don't think I've ever seen fingerless gloves for brides... I'm REALLY out of it!

No gloves if it is an elaborate dress... sure it looks lovely without....if simple, maybe gloves...

I'm wearing strapless and not wearing gloves. I tried them on with my dress and did't like the look on me.

I wore a strapless with NO gloves. I had a bolero.

I'm getting married in October too, and am wearing a strapless gown, no gloves for me at this point. Hadn't even thought about it, I just don't know that I am a gloves kind of girl- it's amazing enough that I will be wearing a strapless dress- which I never thought I would!!

Same here!! I NEVER wear strapless!!! I just don't want to feel NAKED without them and I don't want people to think I'm strange! I guess I should just try the dress on with gloves! LOL - that would probably make sense, huh?

JMO but I think gloves are tough to pull off if you don't have great arms since they draw so much attention to your triceps & biceps!!

I agree! I don't have fat arms, they're just normal looking arms! I guess if they're not as toned as I'd like by then, I should skip them!
