Anyone feel like you are so ready TC but life keeps getting in the way?

My husband and I are definately both ready to begin our family but is seems like there is never a good time between my busy schedule at work, friend's weddings coming up, vacations, etc. Every time we count out nine months there is always something preventing us from trying...

I am so frustrated.
We are so ready to TTC but want the timing to be just right. It seems like we would have to wait another 18 months for the perfect time and I just don't want to do that... but at the same time I can't imagine working the crazy hours my job requires when I am pregnant or possibly missing important times with my friends upcoming weddings.

Has anyone felt the same way and have any advice?

I don't think it's ever a perfect time to have a baby. Life is always going to get in the way. If you want a baby, start trying! You never know how long it will take. Why do friends' weddings get in the way? Are you in the wedding? You can always get a maternity BM dress. (Unless the date is around the time you'd be delivering.) Or get a babysitter if you will have already had the baby.

I think this post came off sounding a little rough - and I don't mean it that way at all. Having a baby is a wonderful thing, and if you are ready now, don't let anything get in the way! Try not to think about it too much and just let it happen when you are ready.
