How to write shower thank yous
So Im already getting started on my shower thank you's (go me!) but Im not sure how to write them...Do I address it to only the woman who was at the shower? Or should I write it to both Aunt Linda and Uncle Joe? Then I was thinkin maybe I'll just address it to whoever's names were on the card. So for example if Aunt Linda was the one who was there but signed the card from both of them then I'll address it to both of them. And vice versa if she only signed her name. I hope this makes sense. What did you girls do?Oh and one more, do I sign it from just me or from me and FH?

i just wrote them to the woman unless there was a man on the card....like my aunt put both her and my uncle's name, so i wrote it to both of them....most were just the women though

Re: How to write shower thank yous
you usually write it from you to the woman, unless the card was written out to both you and FH and/or was signed from th woman and her SOyou address it to the woman only no matter what.

I agree, write exactly what the card says. And if the card was written to you and husband then include him too.

Re: How to write shower thank yous
For aunts and uncles I wrote both names, but for the other guests that aren't close family, I wrote just the woman's name *unless specified on the card that it was from the husband too*. I wrote a thank you with a personalized message and a mention to the gift they bought me. I signed it from the both of us because the presents ARE for us both lol *Although I like to believe that many of them were for me! lol *
