Female Tuxedo

I'm a groomswoman in my best friend's wedding. He really wants me to wear a tuxedo, but a feminine one. Does any one have pictures or ideas on where to go? I tried googling but i cant find anything.

they do make them... but you may end up looking like the wait-staff (esp. if you wear the skirt).... unless you really jazz it up. I just googled female tuxedo and a few came up. some designers make them as part of their line.. i'm thinking Ralph Lauren or Armani.

Geez, that sounds so weird.
You've got a great idea about wearing the BM dress in black as an alternative.
I agree about wearing a tux and looking like the waitstaff. Where would you be able to rent a female tux ?
