What songs did everyone pick for their video. I am a bad wife and still haven't done my video...but I need idea's for songs. Thanks!

Michael Buble-Everything for 'getting ready'
Could not as for more- Edwin McCain- for 'formal'

We used:

Brown Eyed Girl for my baby pictures
Arms Wide Open by Creed for DH's baby pictures
Feels like Home (How to lose a guy in 10 days) for our couple pictures
No One by Alicia Keys for our honeymoon pictures
Breathe by Faith Hill for getting ready
She's got a way by Billy Joel for getting ready
Chasing Cars for the boys at the church
Ave Maria for church decor
Going to the chapel for the girls arriving at the church
Prayer for after church
From this moment for after church
When I see you smile for recap

I can't remember the rest right now... we needed 14 songs

I sent Adam (pennylane) our list of songs that we requested that our DJ play....and i'm letting him take over from that point :)

For the beach, it was really windy and we were freezing, but laughing, but I think that rules out any type of slow romantic song b/c I'm sure there's nothing romantic about the whole scene. LOL Anyone have any ideas for the beach? I was thinking of maybe UB40's Can't help falling in love?

I did a slideshow of my fav pics and used my 2 first dance songs as background ( Amazed by Lonestar and Annie's song)

besides that I stumbled upon another John Denver song 'For You' which has beautiful lyrics and I like his singing of it too. so you might want to check that one.

i only had a basic video and still haven't seen it but our songs were picked from our wedding.

First dance song: Thank you by Tori Amos

The song I walked down the aisle to: Song Of The Sandman (Lullaby) - Enya

The song Dh and I walked down the aisle together: Killers when you were young

But we get all the raw footage and I have final cut pro on my computer and with my friend who does video editing for a living we will remix for a long video version with other songs we had used for the cocktail hour, for events during the wedding, etc.

Maybe you can use your songs that seemed to fit with the footage and that was used in the wedding to kinda give it a nice reference.
