Hey '08-er here~~
I have my meeting with the RH this Friday...anyone have some good questions I can ask?? Figured you guys would know the best!

From what I can remember you'll want to go over your menu choices, and ask for a seating chart so you can figure out who's sitting where (helps to know where the DJ/band will be, where the bridal dias is, etc). Also ask for deadlines...by what day do they need the final headcount, favors, guestbook, placecards, etc.

And regarding headcount...ask if vendor meals are included in the headcount. If you don't meet your guest minimum can you get extras thrown in or take meals home.
