who hasnt gotten their album yet??

i still havent even ordered mine and i got married 7 months ago, my mom is on my case. i dont think it's that bad, do you? i have most of my pics picked out. how long did it take you to get your album after you ordered it?

Your mom too huh? My mom had me bring over my proofs for the 3rd time on Mother's Day. We spent so much time discussing & looking at the photos I was just not in the mood. I haven't ordered our yet nor have we selected the pictures. We just got out almost 90% of our thanks yous .

we were married 9-2-07 and went to order album 2-5-08. now the wait. told us 3-4 mos. it's 3 now and nothing yet.

we had such a hard time deciding on pics and then eliminating more and DH not into that so it took forever to go thru. he looked at the proofs for about 15 mins then would nod off so it was a long, drawn out process.

there were so many more we liked that I wound up making a video slideshow with about 350 pics in it. and our first dance music as background.
I think I'm going to be happier with that than the album when I finally get it.

Maybe you could do that for your mom and that would make her happy. mine runs about 20 mins which isn't too bad for that many pictures.

I am still waiting. i put my pics in around Jan but I was told last week i should be getting them by the end of this month.

I haven't. I waited about 7 months to meet with the photographer to give her changes to the layout...should get a final proof soon, then I think it's 5-6 weeks to get it, along with the parent albums.

Ours is ready to be picked up....i haven't had time to get it yet though. Cant wait to see it!!!

we havent gotten ours yet. but i finally just emailed my picture choices last week so the next thing is to wait to approve layouts and stuff. im so excited. not sure how long it will take. it may be a while bc its on a first come first serve..meaning all the couples who actually got their choices in before me will have their albums worked on first. i can't wait!

Haven't gotten the new one yet-still working on it. We decided to get a flushmount version. I'm excited.

There were some pics we didnt get from friends and fam till after the wedding so i plan to use those in there and now that its flushmounted I can really play with the layouts more.

Don't feel bad. We are still waiting for my inlaws to pick their pictures. THEN we can work on our album.

We just brought our pictures to the photographer. He told us 1 month for the layout and then once we approve it, it will take 6-8 weeks. I am hoping to get it before the end of the summer.

I am still waiting for the layout... I sent my proofs in Feb. Hopefully I get that back soon.

I'm currently working on picking the picutres to hang around the house now.

I've been married just over a year and STILL haven't done my album... I have the pictures picked out, but I have to narrow it down a little more

I haven't gotten mine yet either. It should be ready in July. I bought portfolios for our parents and those are ready and the parents have them. It takes forever!!

I have not gotten mine. I want to get one, that will be my summer project. 6 weeks until break

We have the opposite situation with my parents. I'm the one who's on my parent's case!

DH & I picked out our pictures, and gave them to my parents to look through for their album. That was like 2 months ago ... stilllll waiting for them to make their selections.

Then we have to go through this with DH's parents.

We didnt even start our album yet and we were married 6/8/07. Making an appointment to start the process sometime this week.

I'm right there with you. I got married 6 months ago (this weekend) and I haven't even picked my pic's I took care of the video and the TY's right after the wedding but the album has been a source of stress for me. I just can't even begin to narrow down and select.

We still don't have our album. We are on our 7th revision. We should hopefully have it soon.
