PT hurts!
reporting back after my first Physical Therapy appointment .... and man, did that HUUUURRRRRRRRRTTTTT!!!!
i know i have to be good about going ... and i know what a difference it will make in my recovery (short term and long term too) ... but that doesn't make it any more fun.
the good news is that my range of motion 1 1/2 weeks after surgery was better than they would have expected it to be.
i am so achy right now, gonna go lay down with a big ziploc bag of ice cubes on my shoulder

Awwww sorry to hear your in pain but YIPPEE on the great news of your range of motion .

I glad that your range of motion was good, but sad that you are in pain. Hope that the ice helps!

Wow that is good about your range in motion. Sorry to hear that it is hurting you. Hope you have a speedy recovery and PT will get better with time.

Awwwwww Jess, PT definitely hurts but it's SOOOO worth it in the end! My dr. had me start PT 3 days - yes 3 DAYS - after my surgery. The first couple of weeks they went very easy on me, but the last 2 weeks the dr. told the phys. therapists to be more agressive because my range of motion was not where he wanted it to be. Well, let me tell you, it's been much more painful but it has made a HUGE difference! Seriously, I can actually move my arm around (very limited, but before I couldn't do ANYTHING). So it's worth it - you will be better before you know it!!!

Awwwwww Jess, I hope you feel better! PT definitely hurts but it'scworth it in the end! I am with you-had mine yesterday and sore today. You me and Yesi are PT triplets for awhile. But you're going to feel so much better when its done. Just eb sure to keep doing the excercises they give you for hoem if any. I keep frogetting mine but they do help!

Sorry to hear they are abusing you, but that's their job...and in the end the end it will make you better...just accidentally have a 'spasm' and hit 'em back if it'll make ya feel better
