Pimples on Wedding Day?

I have bad skin, even though I'm like 90 years old, I still break out.

I just saw this on Yahoo! today, has anyone tried it?
It looks awesome yet is a $150 investment. Hmmm..

I think I would check with a dermatologist- if you have sensitive skin you dont want to use something that may make it worse- my derm does facials in her office- I am geting 3 days before the wedding

Have you ever heard of Origins spot remover? Stuff is amazing...I dont have horrible skin but I do get a few huge cystic acne pimples. You put this stuff on it and its close to gone the next day!! Im relying on this for the wedding if I feel it coming on..

I will be of no help. I swear my Neutrogena Advanced. I have the occasionally 'hormone- time of the mouth' pimple here and there but no where NEAR what I used to have.
