I'm getting the girls each beach bags filled with beachy stuff (bathing suit covers, flip flop, etc...) Also necklaces from Tiffany's, but they don't have to wear them the day of the wedding. They're just really pretty.

the only problem is that everything i buy them I love, so I buy it for myself also!!! LOL

What do you all include in the survival kit?

I am curious to know what would be included in the survival kit as well.

I haven't decided what I am going to give the bridal party. Tote bags filled with goodies such as bath soaps and lotions crossed my mind. I love the idea of slippers. I will likely get them DOJ. I thought about cufflinks for the men. For my flower girl I was thinking of getting her a trinket box from Things Remembered with her initials engraved.

I love giving gifts though so I need to stick to a plan to make sure I don't get them every idea that crosses my mind.

I find it selfish when the bride buys DOJ for the BM. A feel a gift should be something given as a thank you gesture, not saying this is what I want you to wear so you look how I want you to look. I now I sound rude when I say this but I have been in 6 bridal parties and everytime they give me DOJ, it never gets warn again, just like the dress they say you can wear again. If you are going to do DOJ, do something like a tiffany necklace or make it an added extra to a gift. JMO

I think the coach wristlets and watches are a great idea because they go beyond YOUR wedding day which makes it a gift. Sorry for sounding so rude.
